Latest News from the Fab Four!PATTI CALLAHAN HENRY is so excited for this week’s show and to talk to all of you about The Story She Left Behind. After all these years of writing and editing, it’s so much fun to finally release this novel with our F&F family before hitting the road. Loads of articles and lists have come out and you can check out Patti’s BLOG HERE with the latest! Patti had a blast signing thousands of books at Books-A-Million last week and can’t wait to see some of you on the road BOOK TOUR HERE. And the BOOK CLUB KIT is now up and running for any of you who want to share my new novel with your book clubs. KRISTY WOODSON HARVEY is getting warm this week at the Potlatch Club, and supposed to be relaxing, but… The club was founded in 1967 by East Coast socialites, and was frequented by royals and celebs for decades until it fell into disrepair. It’s newly reopened and back in action, and she is eating up all the stories about Elizabeth Taylor, Greta Garbo, Raymond Burr, and more. Paul and Linda McCartney honeymooned there in March of 1969, and he wrote “Bathroom Window” and “Oh Darling” on Potlatch Club stationery during his stay. How cool is that? At any rate, you could say there are STORIES. So her mind is at work even if her body is lounging on the beach! Anyway, she’s burying the lede because… The BEACH HOUSE RULES tour is HERE. Between now and July, KWH is visiting 15 states and doing 33 events (and counting!) to celebrate her new book. She’d love, love, love to see you on tour! There is also a Goodreads giveaway happening right now for an early copy of Beach House Rules, so go enter! KRISTIN HARMEL cannot wait to launch Patti’s book into the world on tonight’s LIVE Friends & Fiction show in Facebook and YouTube – and in person this coming Monday in Atlanta LINK TO TICKETS. It’s going to be so much fun…. And she’s excited for all of you to get the chance to read this book that she enjoyed so much! While you’re waiting for Patti’s book to arrive on Tuesday, if you’re looking for a great, well-researched read for Women’s History Month, look no further than Allison Pataki’s FINDING MARGARET FULLER, an epic reimagining of the life of Margaret Fuller—America’s forgotten leading lady and a central figure of the Transcendentalist movement (also a confidante of Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nathaniel Hawthorne and Henry David Thoreau), new in paperback on 3/18! MARY KAY ANDREWS is so looking forward to seeing ALL our F&F fans here in Atlanta this coming Monday night for the launch of PCH’s The Story She Left Behind. She’s hosting Meg and Ron here at Squirrel Hollow while they’re in town for the party…somebody better dust off the martini shaker!
