PATTI CALLAHAN HENRY is celebrating hitting the NYT list and USA Today list as she heads into week three of tour. She found out while driving from a sold out event in Ohio to a fabulous library event in Indiana on the most truck-filled road in history with Meg by her side. What a wild ride it has been and she wants everyone to know this – She could not have done it without the F&F family and most especially without Meg Walker who traveled with Patti for twelve days, keeping her sane and fed. Book lovers everywhere have united in a way that is simply astounding. Thank you for being part of all of this. KRISTY WOODSON HARVEY spent the weekend with big Will and little Will enjoying fake spring. Our State Magazine came to her house with so many wonderful people! She is still buzzing from the excitement from her dear Patti Callahan Henry hitting the New York Times list!! If you are going to be in Mocksville or Charlotte, North Carolina, Vero Beach or Palm Beach, Florida, and Milton, Georgia, during the early weeks of May she would love to see you on her pre-tour to celebrate ten years of being an author! She would love to see you there! KRISTIN HARMEL can’t believe that both her Florida Gators and Patti’s Auburn Tigers have made it to this year’s NCAA Men’s Final Four! She’ll be eagerly tuning in to the games this weekend. In the meantime, she’s thrilled to have announced, via People.com, that she’ll be adapting two of her novels–The Life Intended for television (with a pilot co-written with Stephen Tolkin) and The Winemaker’s Wife for film. As with all things Hollywood, there are still miles to go and a million hurdles to jump over before anything gets made, but in the meantime, both projects have been very, very fun, and she’s learning a lot as she continues to grow her screenwriting skills (which she thinks makes her a better novelist, too). Stay tuned for an announcement very soon about Kristin’s 2025 book tour, kicking off on June 16!
