Latest News from the Fab Four!MARY KAY ANDREWS had the joy of meeting and introducing New York Times bestselling author Kennedy Ryan at her sold-out signing at Eagle Eye Books last Friday. Sidenote: MKA will be back at Eagle Eye Weds. June 5 in conversation with F&F fave Karin Slaughter. She had a great time headlining the Conyers (GA) book festival last Saturday, and exploring The Book Cellar, a great black and woman owned bookstore in Old Town Conyers. On Sunday, she hosted a book club party at her home for the winning bidders from the Shamrock Shenanigans scholarship fundraiser. Such a fun, amazing group of women who came armed with prezzies: wine, flowers, candles—even eggs from one woman’s own hens! Now it’s back to nailing down ALL the deets for her upcoming book tour for Summers at the Saint! KRISTY WOODSON HARVEY had the best week soaking up the Beaufort, NC sun. It’s definitely feeling like Spring! She is so excited for her first ever A HAPPIER LIFE event this week with WALTER magazine in Raleigh! And she can’t believe this event is sold out! Hooray! (Although, if you need a ticket… email her!) She can’t wait to see everyone! KRISTIN HARMEL had a wonderful time in Connecticut speaking at the Friends of the Avon Library annual author luncheon last week. A highlight was getting to visit the library and sign their author wall – right beneath our own MKA’s signature from 2019! This week, she’s looking forward to being in conversation with Clare Mackintosh at the Winter Park Public Library (has she mentioned lately that she loves libraries?). On Tuesday, she’ll be in Tiffin, Ohio, talking about THE PARIS DAUGHTER, the Seneca County Community Read title of the year! PATTI CALLAHAN HENRY traveled to Washington, DC to see her youngest son and see an incredible stage production of Prince Caspian. Now she is in South Carolina writing and spending time with family (it’s almost her son’s wedding and there are plans to be made!). She is noodling on a new idea and trying to pin down that ever-elusive “YES this is it” feeling. After so much time on the road she is thrilled to be home and yet counting the days (less than two weeks) until our own MKA’s F&F Live launch event in Neptune Beach, Florida!
